"Bloom Where You Are Planted" What does this statement mean to you?

It means a lot to me, because now I planted myself here. Actually before I came here what I planed to do was studying one-year language course and goining back to korea after that, but suddenly I want to stay here more than I planed and also "bloom". That's why that statement's meaning is a lot to me. I'm tinking about 'what if I couldn't blend in the US culture, what if I end up failure...' , which makes me think a lot more than I can handle. But now, all I have to do is that keeping watering to my root and waiting the flower; I need to be ready to accept whatever kind of flower will comes out. Any kind of flower will bloom Unless I stop watering to it.
